Cambridge Experts Sort Escape Of Water With Minimum Disruption For Tenant

Rainbow were called to a sudden escape of bathwater in a rented property when a waste pipe failed. The landlord wanted dehumidifiers and fans installed immediately so the tenant wouldn’t need to request alternative accommodation.

The water damage restoration experts at Rainbow Cambridge were able to provide the solution for a landlord of a rented property which suffered an escape of bath water following the failure of a waste pipe.  The job had to be completed immediately, and with the tenant in situ, if he was to prevent his tenant requesting a move to alternative accommodation.

Rainbow’s fully trained and BDMA qualified technician surveyed the damp area and established that the damage was not as bad as the Landlord had first feared.

Rainbow were able to dry the damage with just one dehumidifier on the first floor by trunking its output into the subfloor void. This minimised both disruption for the tenant and cost for the Landlord.
